Cloudflare has resolved a billing display issue affecting customers' ability to view accurate invoice payment status in the platform's dashboard. Customers who made payments since June 11 may have seen paid invoices incorrectly marked as unpaid in the UI.
Cloudflare provides content delivery, security, and performance services to websites and applications globally.
The company identified the issue and discovered an additional path causing the payment state misrepresentation. After implementing a fix, Cloudflare moved to a monitoring phase and has now marked the incident resolved.
