The company began investigating the error spike after identifying issues with CDN configuration changes and purge calls specifically submitted through the dashboard interface. API-based purges were not affected by the incident. Configuration changes across the dashboard, API and other channels all experienced impact during the event.
Cloudflare has since resolved the incident.
