Fly.io experienced a major outage affecting MPG (v1) services in its ORD (Chicago) region. The incident has since been resolved.

Fly.io provides container deployment and edge computing infrastructure, serving developers and organizations that rely on its platform for application hosting and management.

The company identified an issue with the ord-0 Fly Kubernetes cluster that caused multiple MPG clusters to fail during restart attempts. The MPG team implemented a fix and has been monitoring results following the resolution.

The incident is now fully resolved.
