Cloudflare is investigating permission issues affecting granular roles for Cloudflare Tunnel and Mesh. A subset of users are not being granted access to their scoped resources when attempting to view, configure, or manage individual Tunnel instances or Mesh nodes through the Cloudflare Dashboard or API. The company has classified the incident as minor.
Cloudflare provides infrastructure and security services including content delivery, DDoS protection, and network connectivity solutions used by organizations worldwide.
According to Cloudflare's status page, account-level roles, global permissions, and active tunnel and mesh data traffic remain unaffected. The engineering team is actively working on resolving the root cause.
This is a developing story. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
